How to Remove the WhatSnap App Integration from Your High Level Agency

This article guides you through the process of removing or disconnecting the WhatSnap app integration from your HighLevel agency or selected sub-accounts.

  • You want to disconnect the WhatSnap app from your entire agency.

  • You want to remove the integration from specific sub-accounts.

  • You're planning to switch agencies or clean up unused integrations.

🔧 Step-by-Step Instructions:

1. Log into Your HighLevel Account

Ensure you are logged into your agency-level view in HighLevel.

2. Access the App Marketplace

  • Navigate to the "App Marketplace" from the left-hand menu.

  • Click on "Installed Apps".

3. Locate the WhatSnap App

Look for the app named "WhatSnap" in your list of installed apps.

4. Initiate Uninstallation

  • Click on the "Uninstall" button.

  • Note: The first click will not remove the app immediately.

  • Click the three dots (more options) next to the app and select "Uninstall" again.

5. Select Scope of Removal

You will be prompted to choose whether to:

  • Disconnect from the entire agency, or

  • Remove from specific sub-accounts only.

Select your preferred option by checking the relevant sub-accounts.

6. Complete the Uninstallation

Click "Continue" to confirm and complete the removal.

7. Verify Removal

  • Refresh your HighLevel page.

  • You should now see the option to reintegrate the WhatSnap app if needed.
