What is a "Line"?
A line represents one messaging account connected to WhatSnap:
1 WhatsApp phone number = 1 line
1 SMS/iMessage device = 1 line
1 Twilio number = 1 line
Example: If you have 2 WhatsApp accounts and 1 SMS device, you're using 3 lines.
What is a "GHL Account"?
A GHL account refers to a GoHighLevel sub-account where WhatSnap is installed.
Example: If you're an agency with 5 client locations, you have 5 GHL accounts (sub-accounts).
How Lines and Accounts Work Together
Each GHL sub-account can have multiple lines (up to 10 WhatsApp + unlimited SMS/Twilio):
